Return eligibility depends on whether the order is blank apparel or custom-decorated apparel.

Blank apparel may be reviewed for return or exchange when items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact support with the order number before sending anything back.
Custom decorated orders
Printed, embroidered, DTF, heat transfer, and other customized items are produced to the approved order details and generally cannot be returned for preference changes.
